north of BC. He is very knowledgeable and has an extensive list of comparables

15 branches all over BC. A federal crown corporation they are known as "Canadas
small business bank" No transaction too small or too large for them
to look at. They are very knowledgable on parks and have financed more
of them than any other lender over the years. Contact the branch nearest

GE CAPITAL
GE has branches world wide a portfolio base of over $1 billion. They
have extensive backgrounds Currently their minimum transaction is CDN
$5 million. The
deal can be for more than one park as long as the total adds up to $5
M.

Penmore Investment Services Ltd.
Dave Johnson, Manager. Dave has financed many BC Parks and is very knowledgable.
Penmore is a principal as well as a broker. Some fees apply. No
real minimum but Dave suggests a $1 million mortgage is a good place
to start.

They are a principal for institutional clients as well as a Broker. Some
fees apply. No real minimum but Alan suggests a $500,000 minimum
mortgage is a good place to start.
